STEP 1: Launch IE11 and open the page you need to get logs from.
STEP 2: Open Browser Developer Tools (F12).
STEP 3: Go to the Network tab.
STEP 4: Make sure the network data is enabled (see screenshot below).

STEP 5: Reload the page (F5).
STEP 6: Once the page is fully loaded, please go to the Network tab in Developer Tools and click the “Save” button to save the log (see screenshot below).

STEP 7: Go to the Console tab in Developer Tools, right click and select “Copy all” (see screenshot below).

STEP 8: Open any text editor (Word, Notepad, Google Doc) and paste copied log. Save the contents to a file.
STEP 9: Please send us the log files from steps 6 and 8.
