TouchCast Fabric is a video storage, distribution, collaboration, and account management center all in one.
- Fabric is a secure and private place for your team to upload and share Smart Videos created with any TouchCast product: Studio, TeamTime, or Pitch. It also stores other content for your company including: standard videos, documents, images, and other file types.
- In Fabric, your team can comment on any shared video, create channels around projects and departments, and upload their own Smart Videos to keep the conversation going. Fabric also organizes all the files, documents, and media inside each Smart Video. Fabric allows Smart Videos to be shared externally.
- Fabric is a web application so it can be accessed across all operating systems and leading browsers with no product installation required.
- Fabric provides organizations administrative capabilities to manage their users, manage their videos, and handle key account management processes.
TouchCast Fabric provides key user account management services to all TouchCast products including:
- sign in / sign up (initial profile)
- password management
TouchCast Fabric provides video upload (sharing) services from TouchCast products including Studio, TeamTime, and Pitch.
Users of TouchCast products seamlessly interface with Fabric as a Shared Sign-on (SSO), enterprise application.
TouchCast Fabric provides intuitive interface pages to access/manage Smart Videos (and other content files), account information, and organization information.
- Account Interface
TouchCast product users (and organization/department administrators) use the Account Interface to manage their profile settings and launch (or download) TouchCast products they have been granted access to. Users with Administrator privileges will also be provided the option to navigate to the Organization/Department Administrator page.
- Organization/Department Administrator Interface
Organization/Department Administrators use the Administrator Interface to manage settings, manage members, and manage billing (subscriptions and storage quotas). Additionally, Administrators can perform Account functions for their personal TouchCast usage.
- Fabric Portal
All TouchCast product users use the Fabric Portal to view files (both their own files and those that have been shared with them), and access Channels they belong to.
- Organization Dashboard (non-admin functions)
TouchCast product users use the Organization Dashboard to manage their profile settings and launch (or download) TouchCast products they have been granted access
- Super Administrator Interface
Super Administrators (TouchCast staff) use this Fabric interface to manage client accounts and subscriptions.
