TouchCast Studio: I Can't Hear Any Audio

Follow these troubleshooting steps steps for any audio related issues

  1. If you're having trouble hearing audio or not hearing audio at all from your TouchCast, first check that you haven't silenced your iPad by toggling the volume buttons on the ipad. Some iPads have a mute switch on the left hand side. Make sure it's toggled so that it's not showing orange on the switch.
  2. Check the volume is turned all the way up and that nothing is plugged into the audio jack of your device, or that nothing is lodged in the audio jack such as lint or other debris.
  3. Quit out of the application and re-launch it by double clicking the home button and swiping the app up to force quit. Make sure that you save your project first before attempting this.
  4. Check for updates in the app store and update the application to the current version if you haven't done so yet. If you still are having issues, restart the iPad.
  5. Re-install the application by deleting it by holding down on the app until it shakes in the home menu and then hit the x to delete.
