Basic analytics

MentorSite now includes a performance dashboard to help you track engagement and usage across your sites. You can now view:

• Total MentorSites created

• Total interaction minutes

• Number of sessions

• Total credits consumed

Additionally, a detailed MentorSites Performance table displays metrics per site:

• Number of sessions

• Total interaction time

• Average session length

• Credits consumed

Users can filter by date range and export reports for further analysis.

Each MentorSite includes a dedicated analytics view to help you drill down into individual performance. For each site, you can now see:

• Total sessions, interaction time, and credits consumed

• Average session duration

• A session-level activity log with date, time, and duration

• Session transcript summaries (when available), with the ability to view full transcripts

This enables deeper insights into user behavior and AI engagement quality per site. Reports can be exported for sharing or analysis.

Credit usage email alerts

To help users avoid service interruptions, MentorSite now automatically sends email reminders when 75% of the monthly credit limit is reached.
