Improvements & New Additions

Improved Visibility for Select Elements

  • Enhanced the contrast of selection radio buttons to ensure better visibility across light and dark backgrounds.

FAQ Upload Improvements

  • Added a downloadable CSV template to guide users on formatting bulk FAQ uploads.

  • Improved FAQ tab usability:

    • Auto-scrolls to the newest entry

    • Sticky “+ Add Question” button

    • Dedicated “Save” button

    • Visual feedback on button clicks

    • Fixed a scrolling glitch when managing large FAQ lists

Preview Mode for Existing Spaces

  • Creators can now preview and test their Spaces via a Preview Mode without using minutes. From the three dot dropdown, Preview Mode is clicked to open this mode

  • Preview Mode opens in full screen and is private - that is, only works for creators. If the Space is to be shared publicly, the button on top right should be clicked.

Custom Avatar Upload Guidelines

  • Inline requirements now displayed for avatar image and background uploads to help users meet formatting standards.

Feedback on user actions

  • The progress bar now fills left-to-right in the floating confirmation messages

Idle Timeout Handling (Embedded Mentor Only Assistant)

  • This already worked in the full webpage mode - now added to the embedded agents

  • Graceful handling of user inactivity after 3 minutes

  • A prompt is shown to confirm that the user is still engaged. If not, the agent shuts down in 30 seconds

Bug Fixes

Website URL Persistence

  • Fixed an issue where a previously entered URL remained in the input field after space creation.

Embed Code UI Overlap

  • Resolved overlapping elements in the Embed Code section for better layout clarity.
