Release date: Jun 18, 2025
Smarter Agent Behavior and Experience Preview
AI Agent Follow-Up Logic
The AI Agent now automatically responds to the user after completing a catalog or knowledge base search, even if results are delayed. Previously, users had to ask again to get a response.Private Preview Mode for Creators
When a creator clicks on a published card from their own account, the system now opens the experience in Private mode by default, ensuring that internal views aren’t counted toward public analytics. If a public URL needs to be shared, it is accessible from this preview mode as well.
UI & Visual Enhancements
Redesigned Product Cards
Product cards now have a refreshed layout with clearer legibility, improving scanability and visual clarity. They are display in a row of three without a “deck“ effect.Centered Avatar Display
When no cards are shown in an experience, the AI avatar now appears centered on the screen for the improved layout balance.Audio Control Panel Adjustment
Narrowed the width of the audio player controls to improve layout on small screens.
Engagement Visibility & Notifications
Email Alerts for Minutes Thresholds
New automated email alerts are now sent when a user reaches:75% of available minutes
90% of available minutes
100% (limit reached)
Each email includes usage stats and helpful next steps. Emails are triggered once per threshold per billing cycle.
This ensures users stay informed and can manage their usage more effectively.
In-App Warnings for Minutes Usage
Visual banners and warnings now appear inside the app at 75%, 90%, and 100% usage thresholds, with refreshed styling to improve visibility and clarity.Product Updates Access
Users will now see product updates directly within the platform, improving visibility into new features and changes without relying on external announcements.
Accessibility & Navigation
Namespace-Based URLs - Spaces can now be accessed via simplified, custom URLs:
This improvement replaces the previous multi-part structure and makes sharing and remembering URLs easier for users. Each space can now be assigned a unique namespace (e.g.,
[product URL]/companyname)If a namespace is taken, the system will suggest available alternatives (e.g.,
company01)Reserved words (e.g., popular brand names) are protected and cannot be used
Backward compatibility is maintained for older URLs
