Managing Subscription and Billing
Managing your TouchCast subscription is easy. Here's a guide to help you navigate our billing if you're having trouble.
With the TouchCast billing dashboard, you can:
- Check your subscription details
- Renew or cancel your subscription
- Update your payment details including your credit card (TouchCast does not store your credit card information – this is managed by Stripe)
Instructions
Here's a step-by-step guide:
- Visit https://touchcast.com/account/billing (log into TouchCast)
- On this dashboard you can review the details of your subscription:
- Click the red "Manage billing" button if you want to make changes. Doing this will load a pop-up window that looks like this:
- There are 5 things you can manage in this window:
- Your subscription (including cancelling or reactivating)
- Your account information
- Your billing address
- Your payment method
- Review your billing history
