Managing Subscription and Billing

Managing your TouchCast subscription is easy. Here's a guide to help you navigate our billing if you're having trouble.

With the TouchCast billing dashboard, you can:

  • Check your subscription details
  • Renew or cancel your subscription
  • Update your payment details including your credit card (TouchCast does not store your credit card information – this is managed by Stripe)

Instructions

Here's a step-by-step guide:

  1. Visit https://touchcast.com/account/billing (log into TouchCast)
  2. On this dashboard you can review the details of your subscription:
  3. Click the red "Manage billing" button if you want to make changes. Doing this will load a pop-up window that looks like this:

  4. There are 5 things you can manage in this window:
    1. Your subscription (including cancelling or reactivating)
    2. Your account information
    3. Your billing address
    4. Your payment method
    5. Review your billing history
