When signed in in a browser with your Zoom account, open https://marketplace.zoom.us/user/installed and click “Remove“ near the app:

When you do the steps above your user information is deleted from local Touchcast Director’s storage and you will have to sign in with your Zoom account again to access Zoom-related features.
