You can merge two TouchCasts by going to "My TouchCasts," selecting the edit pencil in the lower left corner and tapping on highlight in green the two TouchCasts that you'd like to bring together. You can then arrange them in any order. This will create a new TouchCast all together, so you are not losing your individual TouchCasts. Note that your TouchCasts cannot be over 5 minutes combined.
