This article will walk you through how to create a new Fabric account and log into the Fabric portal
- To login to the fabric portal, navigate to touchcast.com and click on the "Sign In" icon on the top right corner of the screen.
2. You will arrive at the sign in page, where you'll have a several different options of logging in:
a. You can either sign in if you already have an account by clicking on "Click here to sign in" or
b.You can either enter the e-mail you'd like to subscribe with in the "type your email" field and hit continue, or you can choose to use your google account to login.
The primary difference between logging in with your gmail account versus creating an account through touchcast is that if you forget or lose your password to your gmail account, you'll need to reset it through gmail and not through TouchCast.
2. If you decide to use your gmail account, enter the e-mail and password in the following boxes. The account will be created automatically and you can skip to the last step.
3. If you're creating a new account that isn't tied to a gmail address, you will be required to enter your first and last name along with a password that fulfills our security requirements. The login password is required to be at least 8 characters long, contain at least one (1) capital letter, a number and a symbol. Additionally, your password cannot contain any part of your e-mail address.
Finally, you will also be required to select a security question and answer it. If non of the preset questions fit for you, you can create your own by choosing that option at the bottom of the list. We recommend you write down this security question down somewhere and keep it for future reference. You'll need to agree to our terms and conditions by clicking on the check box. Once you're finished, click on create account.
4. Once you've entered all your information you'll need to verify your account.
5. Navigate to your e-mail account where you should receive a verification e-mail. Click on "Verify my email address"
6. You will be redirected to the account activation page where it will allow you to log in. Click on the "Click here" link to login.
7. Congratulations! You have successfully created and logged into your Fabric account! You'll now be taken to the Fabric homepage where you can manage your organizations & groups as well as your profile.
