A user would be provided with a new Temporary password when requested for password reset. Once you have received the new Temporary password via support ticket, you need to login with that password to enter into the app. This New temporary password would play the role of your Old password to login and thereafter for changing the password for TouchCast account.


Below are the steps to login using this New Temporary password:

1. In the login screen in the app, enter your email id
2. Then enter the above temporary password (password will be within the double curly brackets{{ xyz}} ) in the space provided to enter password.
3. Tap on 'Login' to enter the app.
4. Next, you will get a password change screen. Enter the above temporary password in the 'Old password' space and there after enter a new password of your choice in the 'New Password' space provided.


• Make note that if you have logged in using Google, Microsoft, Facebook or Linkedin then you need to reset password on the social login that you have used. We won’t be able to help you in this case. The only way would be to reset password on your own using the particular social login.
