Touchcast for Teams Before You Start
Depending on your organization settings, you may be unable to start using the Touchcast app without your Admin’s approval.
Please contact them to allow the Touchcast app to be used on Teams. Here is the brief instruction on steps to be taken:
Go to Teams Admin at https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/
Open Teams apps → Manage apps on the left-hand side menu
Find Touchcast and check it → change status to Allowed

Scroll to the Permissions column on the table and click View - and click Allowed on the section at the top of the detailed page.
