Q&A Analytics Tab

If the new engagement feature Q&A has been used in the meeting, analytics on questions submitted can be found in the Q&A analytics tab that will appear on the left-hand side menu after the meeting is over (note you will need to close and re-open this view for the tab to appear)

 

By default you will see all of the submitted questions with an option to download the CSV report. The following information will be available:

  • Submitted question

  • Attendee name, if available

  • Date and time of submission

  • Whether the questions was marked as answered

  • Whether the questions was marked a Favorite

  • How many upvotes it received

Filters and sorting options are also available in the table.

Player for the Recordings page (limited availability)

When the recordings are available for download and the page with recording is opened, now you can play the recording before downloading it.

Other Enhancements:

  • Some of the iconic venues were missing placeholder screens or speaker cameras. This has been fixed.

  • The Engagement tab was removed from the meetings that are set to be broadcasts. In this scenario any engagement features are redundant as there is just one call (Speaker) and the audience watches the content from another page where the content is streamed to.
