CMS / Organization / Billing
This is the place where you can view the billing and usage based on your current plan. To view the billing page navigate to the CogCache CMS and then click on the Billing menu option from the left side. See the screenshot below.
Billing usage within the plan
This describes how the billing & usage page behaves when the current usage of cache entries is within the purchased plan and it did not go over.
As seen below, the plan have 20,000 cache entries out of which 10,500 are in use.
Billing usage over the plan
This describes how the billing & usage page behaves when the current usage of cache entries is over the purchased plan.
As seen below, the current plan allows 20,000 cache items, but this organization consumed over that quota 123 reaching a total of 20,123. For the additional 123 items not included in the plan users will be additionally charged.
We continue caching your requests after the plan limit is reached, but you will be additionally charged for each cache item / month.
No active subscription for the organization
When the subscription for organization is not active, either due to failed payment or cancelled subscription, we then show a top banner and a warning on the billing page.
