Depending on what method of login is set up for your organization, your Ciscape login screen will look differently.
Login via email and one-time code
When the authentication to the Main application is set through a one-time code, the login page will have only one field - to enter your registered email address.
Enter your email address and check your inbox for a 5-digit code. Paste or enter it - note that it’s valid for 30 minutes.

Login via account
If the authenticaiton for you organization is set via system account, the login screen will have a white background and the following form:
SSO
If your organization has SSO enabled, then use the “Continue with Microsoft“ button at the top of the page. Follow the instructions to complete the login.

Email and password
If your account has been set up with a login and password, you should have received an email with a temporary password to your inbox. Example:
Use this password on your first login and change it to your own password.
Then, set up the 2-factor authentication via an authenticator app.

Depending on the organization settings, after you log in and before you enter the experience, a disclaimer screen may be shown where you will need to give your consent by checking the box. Example:
After a successful login
After you have successfully logged in, you will see the Main screen with the logo, video (optional) and sample questions. Click on any of them or ask you question in the question bar below.
