Touchcast Ciscape - Main application login

The method of login that is set up for your organization will define how the Ciscape login page looks. Please explore the different options you may see below.
Login via email and one-time code
When the authentication to the main application is set through a one-time code, the login page will have only one field; to enter your registered email address.
Enter your email address and check your inbox for a 5-digit code. You can copy and paste the code or manually enter it. Please note, this code is only valid for 30 minutes.

Login via account
If the authenticaiton for your organization is set via system account, the login screen will have a white background and the following form:
SSO
If your organization has SSO enabled, then use the “Continue with Microsoft“ button at the top of the page. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the login.

Email and password
If your account has been set up with a login and password, you should have received an email with a temporary password to your inbox. For example:
Use this password on your first login and change it to your own password.
Important: the password must contain
at least 8 characters
at last 1 upper case letter
at least 1 lower case letter
at least 1 number
at least 1 special character
Then, set up the 2-factor authentication via an authenticator app.

After a successful login
After you have successfully logged in, you will see the main screen with the logo, optional video, and sample questions. Click on any of them or ask your question in the question bar below.
