• Can I deploy MentorSim on my own Microsoft Azure Tenant or on-premises? MentorSim is a multi-tenant solution hosted on Microsoft Azure, ensuring scalability, security, and seamless integration. Currently, on-premise deployment is not supported.

• Can I use my own Large Language Model (LLM) with MentorSim? No, MentorSim operates using Touchcast’s managed LLMs powered by Azure OpenAI, ensuring optimized performance, security, and continuous updates without additional setup.

Collaboration & Sharing

• Can I share my simulations with others? Yes, MentorSim allows users to share or publish simulations with colleagues, teams, or broader audiences using built-in sharing features.

• Can multiple users collaborate on a simulation within the same organization? Yes, MentorSim includes collaboration tools, allowing multiple users within the same organization to co-create, edit, and refine simulations in real time.

Customization & Multi-Language Support

• Does MentorSim support multiple languages? Yes, users can enable multi-language support during simulation creation, making it adaptable for global teams and diverse audiences.

Privacy & Security

• Can conversation history be removed after a session? Yes, MentorSim provides a purge feature that allows conversation history to be securely erased after each session, ensuring data privacy.

• Can I enforce privacy policies and AI usage guidelines? Yes, MentorSim can display privacy policies, cookie usage notices, AI guidelines, and feedback forms at the beginning of each session. A persistent link to these policies can also be enabled within the platform.

• Does MentorSim support AI watermarking for content transparency? Yes, MentorSim can include AI-generated content watermarking to clarify that interactions are powered by AI and are not representative of a real individual.
