Ensuring email delivery

Touchcast sends automated emails from a range of IP addresses.

If you organization email server firewall blocks any of the IP addresses below, your organization users may not receive emails from Touchcast.

To allow your organization's users receiving automated Touchcast emails, verify that the following IP addresses are whitelisted in your email server firewall.

It’s also recommended to add noreply@touchcast.com to the address book.
