Q&A BAR
Audience members can send speakers questions via the Q&A bar at the bottom of their players, which are then sent to a discreet link for moderators or speakers to respond to. Q&A can be used for live events to answer questions in real time, or you can enable the bar for simulated live and on demand videos to collect questions for later discussions.
Once a session has begun a question bar will appear on the audience screen where they are able to submit questions to the speaker. The moderator will be provided a link which will provide them access to the LIVE questions. They will be able to hand select the best questions from this link and ask the speaker directly. The client will be able to get all questions submitted at the end of session if they wish to directly respond.

Getting the Q&A Backend Moderator Link
Once a track is assigned to a pipeline, you will be able to find the Q&A links where questions being submitted by attendees may be viewed.
Go to “Tracks” under “Content Management” and click on the three ellipses under the “actions” column. There you can open the proper Q&A moderator page according to your event setup.

Tips & Tricks (for Q&A bar)
For sessions with an audience Q&A segment, the designated moderator of your session should be provided with a Q&A URL.
In instances when there is no session moderator, a speaker can use the Q&A URL directly.
The Q&A URL is a unique web page link that can be opened in any browser. The URL updates in real time and includes the most recent question/session at the top of the page. Always check that the session name corresponds with your session name to be sure you are checking the right questions.
The audience does not see these questions. They are only seen by those with the Q&A URL.
Direct the audience to submit their questions using the Q&A box at the bottom center of their screen (see image below).
Prepare a few seed questions for the speakers if
the audience is slow to submit its questions.
To minimize any technical Zoom issues, please use a separate device or a second monitor when accessing the Q&A URL.

Q&A Analytics
You can access this information in the Analytics Section, where you'll find a list of questions submitted during breakout sessions and simulated live sessions, as well as any Q&A attached to page resources (if enabled) and VOD. The data includes the session name, track, question, date and time of submission, and attendee email address.
