Can I create courses from files that already exist within our organization? Yes, MentorLearn can take any text-based files and use them to create an extensive training course including follow-ups such as quizzes to ensure the information has been properly understood
Can I change the generated courses on my own? Yes, all generated content can be manually edited and checked. You can also pass instructions to the generation engine to customize the courses perfectly to your requirements.
Can I use digital twins for my MentorLearn courses or am I limited to the existing avatars? You can choose to generate a digital twin based on an image or video or you can opt to generate your own bespoke avatar to fit your exact requirements.
Can I manage access to the courses? Yes, MentorLearn supports individual log-in, SSO using Azure AD and one-time password-based access methods to ensure proper analytics and access rights.
How do I update a course I’ve already created? You can easily make minor changes to the content by opening your exisAng course, making the required changes manually andrepublish the course. For major updates it’s recommended to simply generate a new course using the updated material to ensureall content is up to date.
Can I unpublish courses if they are irrelevant? Yes, you can chose to either unpublish courses or simply delete courses that will not be reused.
Can I control the length of each course? Yes, you can instruct MentorLearn to target a specific duration for each course. This only applies to course material and does not take user interactions into account.
What security measures are put in place to prevent users from abusing MentorLearn? MentorLearn utilizes enterprise grade governance offered by Azure OpenAI, in addition to model-level governance the platform offers the option of saving a full transcript of all interactions to ensure tracking and traceability of usage.
