Unable to connect to a firewall network
Solution
TouchCast uses specific ports to connect to the internet, make sure that all the ports are configured correctly and try again.
Below are the ports that TouchCast uses to connect to the internet / AWS. This will often allow access past a firewall.
The port should be 80 or 443.
The list of servers used are: touchcast.com
www.touchcast.com
touchcastweb.s3.amazonaws.com
